In store pickups are available every Friday from 4-6pm only. Meet us at our open garage door just off Iowa street next to our office door! We also offer walk-up orders as well during this time.

We do not have regular hours at our USDA meat processing facility in Bates Hendricks. The exception to this is for holiday meal orders which require a date selection when ordering those products.

If you are unable to make a Friday pickup your order will be available for pickup the following Friday.

If you are unable to make any Friday pickup you will need to select shipping at checkout. Unfortunately, we are not a retail location and only offer pickups in store once per week (Friday 4-6pm)

All items are frozen, then placed in a cardboard box with insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure proper temperatures during shipping. Orders containing only shelf stable items may not contain ice packs. Large orders may require multiple boxes. We never freezer salami.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states.

Orders are shipped from our facility once per week. Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following week depending on destination.

Free shipping is activated on all orders over $150!

Working directly with two small Indiana farms, we are able to provide exceptional quality with great customer service. That is our goal, all while providing these great services right to your front door.

Thawing of product is not bad. Temperatures inside our insulated coolers are designed for transit of up to three days. If product is delivered thawed (and at temperature), simply refreeze the product or use within 7 days (does not apply to shelf stable products).
