Pick from our carefully butchered and packaged protein boxes including pastured Indiana organic fed and grain finished beef, heritage pork, and free range chicken. Choose from our add-ons to customize your box! Each box is designed around the art and utilization of whole animal butchery. This means substitutions may occur each month but each cut will be just as tasty!

Your meat comes carefully vacuum packaged and frozen in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs delivered by us directly for our local customers. For those outside of Indianapolis, we use UPS shipping. You can change your subscription at any time.

Follow our social media (@turchettisdelicatessen) for cooking tips, tricks, and suggestions to cook the best protein you’ve ever had. Share with your friends or keep it all for yourself. We also host occasional butchery / cooking classes at our retail shop.
